Chestnut commons
This Philadelphia landmark carries a rich historical legacy, initially known as Wynne Street due to its association with Thomas Wynne's residence. However, in 1684, it underwent a name change to become Chestnut Street. Spanning the Schuylkill River atop the Chestnut Street Bridge, this road functions as the eastbound stretch of Pennsylvania Route 3, connecting 63rd and 33rd Streets. Our recently refurbished property comprises 42 fully-equipped units thoughtfully designed to meet the demands of modern-day living standards.
